By engaging GoodRobot Sdn Bhd for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide AI consultancy services including discovery audits, system implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Specific deliverables are defined in individual Statements of Work.

Payment

Discovery fees are due before commencement. Implementation fees are typically 50% upon agreement and 50% upon delivery. Partnership fees are billed monthly in advance.

Intellectual Property

Custom code and configurations developed for you remain your property upon full payment. We retain rights to general methodologies and reusable components.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
